Bell & Howell Model 1238 Filmsonic Macro 8 Movie Camera Vintage. I shot lots of rolls of Super 8 with this camera in the '80s, but after film got expensive and difficult to get developed I moved on to 8mm tapes. The camera has sat in a closet for all these years, and as far as I know it is in good operating condition. I put in some batteries and checked the motor and it worked fine. I cannot vouch for the sound part of the camera as I never had a microphone or shot any sound movies.
It shoots in both 18 and 24 feet per second, with additional fast/slow controls. It has Auto & Manual modes, with slow motion and fade.
f/1.8, 7.5mm-60mm macro lens.
No owners manual, case, or microphone included. Should be a good camera for someone and happy bidding!
