Every is working fine. A good belt is included. The only flaw, or really anything of note since it's in good condition otherwise, is that the counterweight has broken off at some point. I glued it back on, and it's a strong bond that seems to be working well. I got it perfectly lined up on the seam of the break, so it should hold. It doesn't really show well in photos as a result, but I did attempt to show it nonetheless. I did make sure the counterweight still does its job well too.
