    Description

This is a late 1940s or early 1950s portable record lathe by Wilcox-Gay. The Recordio 1B10 was a portable, suitcase-type, machine to record records at home from the included microphone or reel to reel tape.
This machine is in overall good condition. It powers up and the tubes glowed. The record player/late platter turns and stops with the control lever. I got some crackling through the speaker when the tonearm was plugged in, but when tested with a 78 rpm record no sound came out of the speaker. The speaker appears to have some damage. The machine is dusty.
Includes the original microphone, tone arm and cartridge/stylus.
    Sold as-is with no returns.
