    Vintage 1991 PANASONIC OMNIMOVIE PV-704D VHS Camcorder Tested with power cord from a similar brand which is comparable with this one and play tape clear but recording is not clear ( last 4 pictures shows the results of play & recording) also ffd & rewind are bit slower possible belt issues but not sure. View finder screen has dust particles inside might need cleaning.
