This is a vintage 1940's 8mm home movie camera. Designed for the post war
amateur market, it was a simple, easy to use camera. The camera
measures about 5" tall, 4" front to rear (including lens), and 2" wide. Because of the all metal
construction, the camera weighs a hefty 1 1/2 lbs.
This particular camera is a personal family heirloom, and has been in our family since the 1950s. The wind-up, spring-driven film drive runs properly, and the case is in great condition.
