Vintage Sony Trinicon Color Camera.  Model DXC-1610 Color Video Camera.
Comes with everything seen in the pictures.
I am selling this as is for parts or repair because I cannot test it.  It is in very nice cosmetic condition showing normal signs of wear from age and use.  I did not attempt to clean the lenses or any of the camera as a precaution.
